Auto-Sync Flare System

Simple deployment. Synchronized directional flow.

The DARKWING TECH® Auto-Sync Flare System helps you mark a scene and show a direction of flow in low-light and dark conditions. Remove the rechargeable flares from their case in the order you want them to sequence: they activate and synchronize automatically, without an app, Bluetooth, or Wi-Fi.

Built primarily for roadside professionals, including towing, law enforcement, fire/EMS, utility, and traffic-control crews. Customers have also used the lights for race events, night runs, low-light soccer games, and party or event decorations.

Choose 8 or 10 flares

Both kits work the same way. Choose the number of flares, case size, and case/flare housing color combination that suits your setup.

• 8-pack: eight black flare housings in a compact black case.
• 8-pack: eight orange flare housings in a compact black case.
• 10-pack: ten orange flare housings in a black case.
• 10-pack: ten black flare housings in an orange case.

Housing color is not light color. Every option lets you switch between red, blue, amber, and a mixed-color setting. You do not need a different kit to change the LED color.

Tripod compatible. Tripods are sold separately.

How it works

• Deploy in order: remove the first flare, then allow approximately 2–3 seconds before removing the next. The flares turn on and synchronize in activation order.
• Change the whole set from one flare: press the mode or color button on any activated flare to update all active flares in the set.
• Change the direction of flow: redeploy the flares in your desired sequence, or hold the mode button on one active flare to turn the set off, then turn the flares on individually in the order you want.
• Pack away: return each flare to its case pocket to turn it off automatically.

Six flash modes

• Pulsing / waveform sequence.
• Simultaneous single flash.
• Slow sequential flash.
• Fast sequential flash.
• Slow sequential double flash.
• Fast sequential double flash.

Choose a sequential pattern to show a moving flow, or use the simultaneous flash mode when you want the set to flash together.

Charge the full set together

Place all flares back in their case pockets and connect one of the supplied chargers to the case. One charging connection charges the set together.

• Runtime: up to 48 hours per charge, depending on the selected mode.
• Full recharge: approximately 10–12 hours.
• Weather resistance: IP66.
• Warranty: one-year manufacturer warranty against defects.

Best in low light and darkness

These flares are designed for low-light and dark situations. Daytime use is typically during bad weather or reduced-light conditions; they are not presented as a bright-sunlight visibility solution.

Can I add more flares?

A factory resync can pair additional units, but we do not recommend expanding the synchronized set: adding more flares can increase the chance of losing synchronization. For resync assistance, contact DarkWing Tech.

⚠️ Rechargeable Product Safety

Darkwing Tech rechargeable safety lights use lithium-ion batteries and should be charged, used, and stored with care.

For safest use:

• Charge only on a hard, flat, non-flammable surface.
• Do not charge on beds, couches, paper, fabric, vehicle seats, or near flammable materials.
• Use only the supplied or DarkWing-approved wall or vehicle chargers and charging cables for this case.
• Do not leave products charging unattended for extended periods.
• Disconnect the product once charging is complete.
• Do not charge a product that has been dropped, crushed, damaged, exposed to water, or shows signs of swelling, odor, smoke, melting, or unusual heat.
• Stop use immediately if the product becomes unusually hot, emits an odor, changes shape, smokes, or shows visible damage.
• Store in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight, extreme heat, and combustible materials.
• Keep charging ports and contacts clean and dry.

If you notice any abnormal condition, stop using the product and contact Darkwing Tech before charging or using it again.
